Everydangbody "reporting" the news is trying to say that the ammo is for a semi-automatic rifle -- SKS and M1 Garand are rifles now at the top of their lists. AAAAARGGGGG!!!!!!!!!

We know that the Leftists want to register, ban, then confiscate civilian firearms, but I'm seeing this crap on Fox News. The Deputy ICE Director was interviewed by Fox News and intentionally covered-up the reality that the rifle used was a bolt action, OR was too stupid/uneducated to know what it was. Law enforcement officers gotta know firearms -- that's their job. I'm seeing "expert" cops being interviewed who are spewing raw ignorance about the rifle!

They can at least show a photo of an M98 Mauser, for heaven's sake! If this Bozo Bolshevik shooter used the rifle to kill himself then the rifle and everything else surrounding is sprayed with blood and brain tissue.

Hey OK, found a YouTube post from somebody like us. Funny guy. Were I able to reach through the monitor, I'd hand the man a beer. This is from the VSO Gun Channel.

He sez the rifle has a M98 action in 8mm. He does photo overlap of 8mm cartridges over FBI image of ammo found at site of shooting. They match.

Photos of dead shooter now available -- Dallas I.C.E. Facility 24 Sept 2025.

The rifle used is indeed an old Mauser.

Here's the photos. I didn't include the image of the shooter's head. Too gory for some viewers.

Most of us have, over the decades, owned two or three or more -- traded in and out of them.

Y'all will recognize the following features.

My dad's brother who was in the middle of the worst (Battle of the Bulge + other horrors = 50% of the young men in his company were killed), brought home a 98. He picked it out because its serial number was the same as their mom and dad's telephone number = what's the odds???!!! He disassembled it, wrapt in in a swastika and shipped it home. Other weapons he shipped back didn't make it. One of his "buddies" stole a set of cased handguns. Luger P08and P38 w/matching ser. numbers, civilian manufacture, officer owner killed, widow gave'em to my uncle (they'd set up a mortar position in her yard). She did want any reminders of that hell. Who could blame her. Those handguns would be worth around $5k today, maybe more -- were in "like new" condition my uncle said.

That Mauser was very accurate. I was 16 or 17, took it out and checked its sight-in. You'd not want anybody shooting at you with that puppy.
